Information you choose to share

When the online form is enabled, it stores your name, contact details, preferred contact method, general message and consent in this website’s database for the Charis team to review. The form does not send an automatic email. Please do not submit health, financial, government identification or another person’s sensitive information.

Purpose and access

Charis uses inquiry information to respond to your request. Access through this system is restricted to website administrators. Submitting an inquiry is not a housing application, reservation or acceptance.

Spam protection and hosting

This form uses a short-lived hash of a network address to limit repeated submissions; the plugin does not retain the raw address. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational logs. Security tools may process network addresses and request details to protect this website. Website backups may contain inquiry records. Advertising and analytics tracking are not currently enabled.

Retention and your requests

Contact the Charis team to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry. Information should be deleted when no longer required for an approved business purpose.
